Project Access is a Massachusetts coalition of leaders from non-public school organizations that represent the four Catholic dioceses in Massachusetts, the Jewish Day School Initiative at the Combined Jewish Philanthropies, and Association of Christian Schools International. Also included is an advocate who represents the coalition at the state and federal level. This coalition was formally established in 2018 as a result of many years’ working together to address the inadequate access to special education services afforded non-public schools students under the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA).
